Are pop up travel cots easy to assemble?

Other than being light and portable, one of the main selling points for pop up travel cots is that they are simpler to put up and down than their bulky non-pop up counterparts. The NScessity Travel Centre is particularly straightforward to erect, especially in comparison to similar products such as the Nomad. When you remove it from the carry bag it will instantly spring into shape and then it is a simple matter of putting in the self inflating mattress. There are no poles or awkward frames.

'Portability' and 'ease of use' are big points in the NScessity's favour but these are things that can applied to other makes and models of pop up travel cots. What sets the NScessity apart from competitors is that it also functions as a UV tent with a protection of factor 25+. This, of course, is a big plus if you are taking your child on holiday to sunnier climates but it also means you are getting good value for money from this product as it serves a useful purpose when playing in the garden, going on a picnic or sitting on a beach.

Rather uniquely, parents also describe the mattress in the NScessity Travel Centre as "very comfortable". Another minor niggle is that the mattress, which is self inflating, sometimes needs a couple of breaths to fully inflate it. But this is not considered a big issue and most customers who have experienced this still describe the self inflating function as 'good'.
